快速上手
- docker run 起 n8n（或 docker compose），首次进入创建管理员
- 新建 workflow，先用 Cron + HTTP Request 节点跑通数据抓取
- 插入 AI Agent / LLM 节点做摘要或分类，用表达式把变量传进去
- 手动执行验证数据正确，再开启 Active 进入定时运行
